• Students must maintain discipline and respect within the campus at all times.
• Regular attendance is mandatory for all classes, labs, seminars, and academic activities.
• Students should carry their ID cards inside the campus and produce them when required.
• Respect towards faculty members, staff, fellow students, and campus property is compulsory.
• Use of abusive language, misconduct, bullying, ragging, or any form of harassment is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, drugs, or any illegal activities inside the campus are strictly banned.
• Students must follow the dress code prescribed by the institution.
• Mobile phones should be used responsibly and only where permitted.
• Any damage caused to institutional property will be treated seriously, and compensation may be collected from the responsible individuals.
• Students are expected to maintain cleanliness and support eco-friendly campus practices.

Academic Regulations

• Students must attend classes regularly and maintain the minimum attendance percentage as prescribed by the institution/university.
• Assignments, projects, records, and practical submissions must be completed on time.
• Malpractice during examinations or academic dishonesty will result in strict disciplinary action.

Library Rules

• Students must maintain silence inside the library premises.
• Library books should be returned on or before the due date.
• Damaged or lost books must be replaced by the borrower.
• Eating, drinking, and use of mobile phones inside the library are not permitted.

Laboratory Rules

• Students should enter laboratories only with permission from the concerned faculty/lab instructor.
• Proper lab uniforms and safety measures must be followed wherever applicable.
• Equipment and instruments should be handled carefully.
• Any damage or malfunction should be reported immediately to the lab staff.

Transport Rules

• Students using college transport must maintain discipline inside the buses.
• Bus timings and designated boarding points must be strictly followed.
• Misbehavior with drivers, staff, or fellow passengers will lead to disciplinary action.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to uphold the values and reputation of Panchasheela Group of Institutions both inside and outside the campus. Any act affecting the dignity, discipline, or harmony of the institution will be viewed seriously.

The institution reserves the right to take disciplinary action against students violating the rules and regulations.

Anti-Ragging Policy

Panchasheela Group of Institutions follows a strict anti-ragging policy as per government and educational authority guidelines. Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited within the campus, hostel, transportation, and surrounding areas. Students involved in ragging activities will face strict disciplinary and legal action.
